The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Food for breakfast could have been better, perhaps more variety or options available.

We chose this hotel on recommendations from previous posts and were not disappointed. Our room overlooked the mountain stream which flowed down the mountain behind the hotel, the sound of running water was quite hypnotic and soothing. We visited a restaurant just a two minute walk from the hotel on the recommendation of Graham & Marie the hotel owners and this was a magnificent dining experience. The hotel is obviously perfect for winter and summer outdoor pursuits but we shall be back on our next shopping trip in the quiet season.

English owners, so for brits language not a problem. It is a ski resort area but we visited in summer so it was very quiet.

Jaw-droppingly friendly staff, mind-blowingly comfortable beds and pillows, super clean and modern rooms with versatile electric plugs, on-site Asian restaurant with regular specialty buffets, easy access car park, and a very nice breakfast

Family-Friendly Atmosphere: The warm and inviting atmosphere at the restaurant made me feel like I was dining with my extended family. It was like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of hospitality.

Ventilation Noise: Room 101, located above a kitchen ventilation, was a bit annoying with its noise until 23:30. If you're a light sleeper, avoid lower floor rooms.
